I development telegram bot @NEMBlockMonitorBot for monitoring activity NEM blockchain.

Features:
1. Monitoring of blocks for amount size.
2. Monitoring of blocks for list addresses.
3. Support include and exclude of list addresses.

/start - Start monitoring, need configuration
/stop - Stop monitoring and delete configuration
/help - Help
/add_adr - Add address, max size = 10
/delete_adr - Delete address
/add_amount - Add/update amount value, min = 50000.0
/delete_amount - Delete amount value
/add_exclude_adr - Add exclude address for amount value, max size = 10
/delete_exclude_adr - Delete exclude address
/config - Print configuration
/donate - Donate of NEM
