NEM and IoDLT - Using Tardigrade to Accelerate MongoDB Snapshot Distribution

I wrote a case study with IODLT that highlights work being done by NEM. We were able to improve MongoDB sync times for Symbol by 1500%, reducing a process that took 44 minutes down to 2-3 minutes.
